Crew Engagement/Placement

ABI Associates has experience in coastal and ocean going vessel crewing which is done by our rigorous selection procedures in order to provide our client crews with many years of sea-going experience. We also understand that crew management is one of the most important factors in running a vessel. As crew managers we undertake full scope of management operations, hence reducing our client’s work load.

Industrial Relations

We serve as agent working with employees, employers and their representatives to facilitate equitable, innovative and productive workplace relations, conflict and dispute resolution, employees strike abatement etc

Collective Bargaining Agreement

ABI Associates has a qualified team with experience in local and international labor laws. We act as the dependable negotiator in all collective bargaining agreement including review and finalization of union agreement.

Labour/Payroll Management Services

In ABI Associates we assume the responsibility of preparing, pre-approving pay roll schedules for our clients. Following management approval we provide funds and disburse based on schedule approved by management. This helps to mitigate incidence of ghost workers, reduces the stress from this company’s cash flow as well as avoids unnecessary delays in paying salaries at the end of the period.
